Pursuant to 18 U S C Section 1030, which makes it a crime for unauthorized access of electronic information please be advised that the only components of this site that Markham & Company LLC considers in the public domain are this full pages that are available by clicking on the menus available on each page and any links on each page.  Markham & Company LLC is well aware that access of this website can be accessed by typing a url directly in the search bar.  However, just because it can be accessed, doesn’t mean it can or should be accessed.  Visitors are hereby put on notice that accessing directly any part of this site (by typing in url addresses directly into the search bar) shall constitute an unauthorized access of the electronic information on this site.  Visitors who do this are considered to be in violation of 18 USC Section 1030, and we reserve the right to seek whatever damages and in particular to use this as counterclaims should claims be brought against the owner of this website, Markham & Company LLC.   All visitors consent to their digital movements on this site being tracked and recorded.

Markham & Company LLC requires that all of its web site designers to properly procure the images used on this site on a licensed, royalty free, basis.  We require all web site developers to commit to this in writing.   In the event, that an owner or subsequent owner of an image believes that they own an image that Markham & Company LLC is improperly using, they should send notice to the address below.  Markham & Company LLC affirmatively states that it would never knowingly use any image whose cost exceeds a one time fee of $50.oo, and this is a standing business practice that it enforces.  Markham & Company LLC would never knowingly make use of an image that has an ongoing license attached to it.

When you complete our contact form, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address. We then use this information to respond to you or assist you. When you chat online with us, we similarly use whatever personal information you chose to provide us to respond to requests you make of us to assist you.
