NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT –POLICY REGARDING IMAGES ON THIS SITE

Markham & Company LLC requires that all of its web site designers to properly procure the images used on this site on a licensed, royalty free, basis.  We require all web site developers to commit to this in writing.   In the event, that an owner or subsequent owner of an image believes that they own an image that Markham & Company LLC is improperly using, they should send notice to the address below.  Markham & Company LLC affirmatively states that it would never knowingly use any image whose cost exceeds a one time fee of $50.oo, and this is a standing business practice that it enforces.  Markham & Company LLC would never knowingly make use of an image that has an ongoing license attached to it.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you complete our contact form, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address. We then use this information to respond to you or assist you. When you chat online with us, we similarly use whatever personal information you chose to provide us to respond to requests you make of us to assist you.
